Suchna is run by one small team in India. This page says plainly what we keep about you, why we keep it, and how to have it deleted. If anything here is unclear, write to support@suchna.ai and we will answer.
What we keep
- If you apply for an invite: your name, email address, Telegram username if you gave one, how many stocks you follow and how you describe your investing.
- If you use the bot: your Telegram account id and the stocks on your watchlist, plus a record of the alerts we sent you, so you can see what you were told and when.
- If you send feedback: the message you wrote.
We never ask for your PAN, your demat or trading account, your holdings, or any password. Suchna cannot see what you own or what you trade, and it will never ask.
Why we keep it
- Your email, to send your invite and to reach you about the service.
- Your watchlist, because that is how the bot knows which filings are yours.
- The record of alerts, so you can look back and so we can find our own mistakes.
Who else sees it
Nobody is sold anything and nothing is shared for advertising. Three services hold parts of it because we use them to run Suchna: Telegram carries the messages, Google holds invite applications and our email, and Cloudflare serves this website. Filings themselves come from NSE and BSE and are public.
Where it lives
Your watchlist and alert history sit in a database on our own computer in India, not on a rented server abroad.
How long we keep it
Your watchlist stays until you remove it or ask us to delete your account. Alert history is kept for 30 days. Invite applications are kept while the beta runs.
Having it deleted
Send /stop to the bot and it stops messaging you. To have everything erased, write to support@suchna.ai from the email you applied with, and we will delete it and tell you when it is done.
Children
Suchna is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this page changes we will update the date above, and tell you on Telegram if the change matters.
