Terms

Using Suchna means agreeing to what is on this page. It is written plainly on purpose.
What Suchna is
Suchna reads the filings that listed companies send to NSE and BSE, and sends you the ones from the companies you follow, written in one clear line on Telegram. The filings are public; our work is finding them, reading them and putting them in plain words.
Suchna is not investment advice. It never tells you to buy, sell or hold anything, and it does not say whether news is good or bad for a share price. Suchna is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or a research analyst. What you do with the information is your decision, and the risk is yours.
Check the filing
Every alert links to the company's own document. Before acting on anything, read that document. Where our summary and the filing differ, the filing is right.
We try hard, but we do not guarantee
- We do not promise that every filing reaches you, or that it reaches you at a particular time. Exchanges go down, the internet fails, and computers make mistakes.
- We do not promise that a summary is complete. It is a short account of a long document.
- We are not liable for losses from anything you did or did not do because of an alert.
The beta
Suchna is in private beta and free for now. Invitations are limited and we may stop or change the service while it is in beta. If we start charging later, you will be told first, and nobody is charged without agreeing.
Your account
- Your invite is for you. Please do not pass it on.
- Do not resell or republish our alerts as your own.
- Send /stop to the bot at any time and the messages stop.
- We may withdraw access if the service is abused.

Which law applies
